FRSC: Traffickers Offenders To Have Vehicles Impounded Until 2018

The Ogun state chapter of The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC)has warned that any motorist who breaks the traffic laws will not get that vehicle back until after the holidays.

The state’s Sector Commander Mr. Clement Oladele, who spoke with correspondents from News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday, said the new rule was made to ensure effective traffic management.

He added that lives and properties are very important and must be kept safe during this period as there will be an increase in human and vehicular movement.

In his words;

Our goal this year is to attain zero death as we projected that over 300,000 passengers would be travelling to various destinations during festive period.

” We will be delighted seeing people traveling for the Christmas and New Year celebration to arrive safely at their various destinations.
