The Governor, State of Osun , Adegboyega Oyetola has appointed Richard Tinubu as the Director General, Bureau of Social Services.
The information was disclosed on Friday by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Osun State, Mr Ismail Omipidan.
Ismail said that the appointment was in line with the Governor Oyetola’s commitment to the welfare of the people of Osun State.
The Chief Press Secretary also said that the appointment is with immediate effect.
Richard Tinubu is a Human Resources and Capacity Building Consultant .
He spent early part of his working career with the Multinational Companies.
Richard worked with the American based ICT firm, NCR Nigeria Plc where he rose to the position of Senior Manager, Marketing .
He also worked with Capital Express Insurance as the Head of Business Development and Marketing.
He served as a Capacity Building Consultant to many Organisations,both in Public and Private sector.
Tinubu holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from University of Lagos and a Master Degree in Business Administration (International Business) from the Lagos State University.
Bureau of Social Services is an Agency established by the State Government to leverage premium human resources and technological innovation in driving effective monitoring and evaluation of social service delivery in order to ensure public value and fiscal discipline.
