Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi replies to critics over violation of church doctrine

The renowned philanthropist Reverend Esther Abimbola Ajayi has replied to those condemning her for violating the Cherubim and Seraphim church doctrine at the dedication ceremony of the Love of Christ Mission church.

Esther Ajayi made this known at the 96th Seraphim Day Anniversary held on Saturday at Seraphim Land, Lagos Ibadan Expressway Maba.

The Reverend Mother said that she was aware that some people criticize her for allowing attendees into the church while wearing their shoes during the dedication ceremony. The act, which is against the doctrine of cherubim and seraphim church.

She, however, explained that it would be difficult to instruct over 10,000 attendees to off their shoes before entering the church.

She also emphasized that there are some exceptional occasions that give us the Grace to ignore church doctrines.

Furthermore, she said as quoted

“We have over 20 kings and rulers who attended the events including Ooni of Ife, Oluwo of Iwo, Oniru of Iru and their entourages”

“Three past Governors also attended the church dedication with their entourages”

“Several high-ranking personalities also attended the event which includes General Overseer Pastor E. O Adeboye and his wife”

“If we mandate all these highly respected personalities to off their shoes before entering our church, they might avoid us”, She said.

Esther Ajayi however implored the Authority of the Cherubim and Seraphim church to ignore the critics and stay focus on the mission of projecting the image of the Cherubim and Seraphim church to an enviable height.
