The former Governor of Oyo State, Otunba Alao Akala has expressed his views about the performance scorecard of Governor Seyi Makinde after One year in office as the Governor of Oyo State.
Akala made this known on Thursday during a live interview on BBC Yoruba news platform.
The former Governor said that it is too early to conclude on the performance of Seyi Makinde led Administration in Oyo State as the Governor just spent one year in office.
Akala said “We cannot underestimate his performance in the last year as he has been on his feet since the beginning of this administration.
“It is too early to measure the Governor’s performance as he has just spent one year in Office.
“I will implore us to be patient for him for an additional three years before concluding on his performance scorecard.
“I pray that God guide and put him through” Akala stated
Alao Akala, however, advised Governor Seyi Makinde to seek advice and guidance from the past leaders as regard governance in Oyo State as this will go a long way to ensure success in his Administration.
