…Names it Shiloh Mall
The Project Director of B & W OPULENCE, Barrister Tunji Akinyemi has partnered with Sacred Cherubim and Seraphim Church, El-Bethel Shiloh Cathedral, Agege to build an ultra-modern shopping mall in the Agege area of Lagos state.
Akinyemi made this known, on Wednesday, December 01, 2021, while addressing the pressmen at the foundation laying ceremony of the mall in the Agege area of Lagos State.
The Project Director said that the partnership with the church to build Shiloh mall is a symbiotic one as the project will provide employment opportunities for the youths in the church and the environments.
He further stated that El-bethel Shiloh Cathedral is a church of the decades in Agege and has stood the test of time in terms of credibility and integrity.
Akinyemi said” Apart from the fact that I was born and brought up in Shiloh Cathedral Church, my late Dad was also born in the same church
“This tells you that Shiloh Cathedral Church has been existing for tens of decades.
“The surprising part of my illustration is that, ever since the cathedral was established, no scandal was recorded about the Church.
“This tells you that, El-bethel Shiloh Cathedral is indeed a brand to be associated with in terms of credibility and integrity.
“The project is borne out of our intention to put the name of the church on prints of sand and more also to showcase the competency of our firm in establishing world class project.
“The project is first of its kind in Agege environs which is design to open Agege suburbs to 21st century opportunities.

Akinyemi gave a brief description of the proposed Shiloh mall.
He stated that the mall would have facilities like 24/7 CCTV security services and electricity supply, Secured parking space, treated water plant, bio-digest sewage system,10 en-suite shops,3 en-suite office spaces, 2 links hall, open roof bar, ATM galleries and so on.
Present at the Shiloh mall foundation laying ceremony is Pa Bola Odubela, the church minister in charge, Pa Olufemi Gbogboade, the chairman of the church council, Pa Paul Olabisi, vice-chairman of the church council and other important dignitaries.
